Jennifer Roman is the sole Founder and President of Eloquent Consulting and self-professed nerd & Certified Ethical Hack3r. Eloquent Consulting specializes in performance, organizational, and individual coaching on mindset. She loves helping veterans, minorities, single parents, low-income and underserved communities. I am a certified in public speaker, and love to do podcasting, tech conferences, and advising organizations and Fortune 1000 companies.

I don't do "coaching"- I am a COACH. Hey, I am my own best client! I never led my clients into roads that I have gone before. I love merging my two favorite passions which is coaching + consulting. When I show up to your organization or do a Zoom call, I will not just show up with a bunch of Harvard MBA jargon; I will be absolutely honest and truthful about what you need to change. I will challenge and push you beyond what you thought was possible. WHY? Because that's what I would want someone to do for me. I love working with executives to want to get to that next tier of financial success but don't know how or where to start. That's my speciality!
